Our Original Christmas Wreath was the very first wreath design we created at Harbor Farm back in 1986, and it remains a cherished favorite today! This traditional Maine wreath honors generations of holiday craftsmanship, made from fresh balsam fir and decorated with natural items harvested from the Maine woods. Each fall, we collect eastern white pine cones, acorns, and horse chestnuts to create and decorate each wreath by hand, preserving the tradition of authentic Maine wreath-making.

We Sustainably Harvest Our Evergreens

We use only the tips of the evergreen branches to make our wreaths. This process of harvesting foliage is known as "tipping." This is beneficial to the trees, similar to pruning, resulting in fuller and more vigorous growth.

    As always, this arrived on time, fresh smelling and lovely fresh appearance. I think the bow was a little fuller this year-/ nice touch. This is part of our traditions every year, and has never disappointed us.

    Gorgeous, healthy, and smells lovely. I have been ordering from Harbor Farm for a few years and have always been satisfied. Their customer service is great. I have the wreaths shipped to Alaska, Texas, and Hawaii and they always arrive on time. and the recipients are always so happy with the product. Harbor Farms is awesome!
