Our Original Christmas Wreath was the very first wreath design we created at Harbor Farm back in 1986, and it remains a cherished favorite today! This traditional Maine wreath honors generations of holiday craftsmanship, made from fresh balsam fir and decorated with natural items harvested from the Maine woods. Each fall, we collect eastern white pine cones, acorns, and horse chestnuts to create and decorate each wreath by hand, preserving the tradition of authentic Maine wreath-making.

We use only top quality decorations on our wreaths, including real pine cones and high quality faux berries custom made just for us.
We hand-tie all of our bows using the highest quality velvet ribbon. We use wired ribbon so you can fluff and shape the bow to your liking.

We Sustainably Harvest Our Evergreens
We use only the tips of the evergreen branches to make our wreaths. This process of harvesting foliage is known as "tipping." This is beneficial to the trees, similar to pruning, resulting in fuller and more vigorous growth.

Beautiful wreaths every winter
We have purchased wreaths and swags for our home every winter for many years and never think to look anywhere else because Harbor Farm greens are always beautiful, arrive well-packed and healthy. My best friend also loves the large one we send her every year for her family's front door every year to kick off the winter. It is the perfect gift for someone who has everything, but who enjoys fresh greens on their door in the winter; prior to my sending her wreaths, she had no idea what she was missing, but now anticipates its delivery every year just after Thanksgiving.
